Washington State Department of Children, Youth & Families
The Department of Children, Youth, and Families (DCYF) is a cabinet-level state agency in Washington. DCYF's vision is to ensure Washington state's children and youth grow up safe and healthy- thriving physically, emotionally, and academically, nurtured by family and community. Step Beyond Academy is licensed by DCYF. This accreditation confirms that Step Beyond Academy has met all the facility, staff qualification, trainings, and program policies requirements set by DCYF to operate a licensed program in the state of Washington.
